Wynn's Direct Injection Valve Cleaner 500ml

Wynn's Direct Injection Valve Cleaner is a powerful foaming cleaner designed to remove hardened carbon and other contamination from the air intake system, intake valves, valve seats and combustion chamber quickly, restoring proper engine performance.

• Cleans valve stems and seats;
• Cleans the combustion chamber and piston crown;
• Restore correct airflow to the engine;
• Restore correct engine operation;

APPLICATIONS
✓ For all gasoline, GDI, hybrid and diesel engines
✓ Does not apply to vehicles where the intercooler is integrated into the intake manifold
✓ If excessive knocking or backfiring occurs during treatment, pause the application and let the engine idle for 3-4 minutes before restarting treatment. If knocking persists, the inlet manifold may be excessively contaminated and require manual cleaning.

INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-application checks
✓ Check DPF pressure - If pressure is above 50%, clean the DPF with Wynn's in-car DPF cleaner;
✓ If there are signs of excessive contamination of the inlet manifold, manual cleaning is recommended prior to treatment;
✓ Make sure the engine is at operating temperature;

Diesel Application
1. Adjust the engine to 1,500 - 1,800 RPM
2. Apply the product directly to the inlet manifold
3. Spray at 1-2 second intervals, allowing the engine to stabilize between sprays.
4. After 10 applications, let the engine idle for 3-4 minutes.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 above until the contents of the can are consumed.
6. After treatment, clean the oil system (flush) and change the engine oil and filter.
7. Perform road test, do not exceed 2,500 RPM for the first 10 minutes

Gasoline application
1. Adjust the engine to 2,500 - 3,000 RPM
2. Apply the product directly to the inlet manifold
3. Spray at 4-5 second intervals, allowing the engine to stabilize between sprays.
4. After 10 applications, let the engine idle for 3-4 minutes.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 above until the contents of the can are consumed.
6. After treatment, clean the oil system (flush) and change the engine oil and filter.
7. Perform road test, ensuring full use of RPM range

Best practice
For best results, it is also recommended to treat the vehicle's fuel system.
✓ For diesel engines, add a bottle of Wynn's Extreme Diesel Injector Cleaner to the vehicle's fuel tank
✓ For gasoline engines, add a bottle of Wynn Gasoline Direct Injection Cleaner to the vehicle's fuel tank.
